Ok right now jury is out and if I have to provide an update I will. I purchased a pair of glasses advertised for $1 after adding Reading Lens and shipping I got to $18 and some change. Checked cc statement I was charged $21.95! Where did the extra come from and why the heck is PayPall on my cc statement? I did not buy through PP! This better get fixed quick or I’m taking to every social media platform they are on. So ignore me at your risk!

"Disgraceful customer service"
With a pandemic raging, I opted to purchase glasses online for the first time. The pair I chose arrived in good time, and were as attractive as pictured. However, within 24 hours, they actually fell apart into two pieces! I did try putting them back together, but the next day they fell apart once again. I contacted the Support department, and requested a 'client-centric' response. What I got was an offer to be sent a new frame, into which I was to transfer the lenses from the broken pair myself. When I replied that I was unable to do this, the response was a youtube instruction video, and/or the suggestion to go to an optometrist! I expressed my profound disappointment....new glasses should not be DIY project. I had NEVER encountered such customer service from a company that sold a clearly defective product, and was again offered either a replacement frame for free, OR a new pair, provided I paid the shipping costs. Outrageous! Neither I, or anyone else I care about, will ever give this company one cent again.

Bought a pair of glasses on October 25th, the only thing I have received thus far is a tracking number that leads to nowhere. The only information I have been getting since November 2nd is that the package is on its way to the post office.
I have contacted the seller on at least five (5) occasions and keep getting the runaround. On two occasions they offer to give me a discount on my next purchase. Why would I purchase another pair of glasses when I haven't received the first one.
Most disturbing, they do not want to grant a refund. I had to file a dispute through my bank.......Terrible service.

I was a bit worried about whether I would receive my glasses or not after reading some reviews. BUT! They came in one week and are absolutely perfect! High fashion, beautiful glasses. I’m so impressed- which is also why I’m writing a review. They come with a little tool kit to adjust the arms if needed. The frames were so affordable I will definitely buy my next pair from here. My experience was excellent

Really happy with Nihaooptical they did get my first order wrong but gave me 50% off to reorder and this time they were right and the frames are really lovely great value, the glasses come in a very strong case and a glass cleaning cloth and other little extras all free of charge, I will be using them again

"Horrible service and item never arrived"
I made my order over 2 months ago. They sent me an incorrect tracking number that was being delivered to a completely different country.
After many emails where they offered me a 10% discount among other ridiculous offers (I would I want to buy something from them again?) they keep telling me to wait, when the correct tracking hasn't moved in over a month.. and every time I ask for a refund they ignore me.
They keep saying the package will reach me, how can they know? after almost 3 months of making the order!
The blocked me from their instagram page when I started adding comments with my experience so people were aware of this.. horrible experience, would not recommend at all
