He had experience and knowledge, went the extra mile to make sure everything was taken care of in the right amount of time and he fully explained the selling/purchase process. I had very little to do as he took care of everything. When my lawyer was unavailable Duane suggested another lawyer who was also outstanding. Everything has been completed according to schedule and it couldn’t have been easier!
