Incorrect colour resin was sent which caused me additional costs in storage before I could use my garage again. After acknowledging their mistake and offering to resolve, they forgot about me until I chased again. That said, they did eventually send me replacements, hence 3 stars.

great service i phoned Resins Direct for some advice on which product i needed to fill in broken floor tiles so i could carpet over them as they would of been a nightmare to get up and they were extremely helpful, i received the order the next day and job done easy to use and mix dries 3 times harder than concrete, i totally recommend them and i will use them again
