safa took 3 days to move a villa contents locally when quoted on 2 days. Breakages were pointed out to the supervisor at the time and SMS sent to Mr Thomas. When followed up later with Mr Thomas, he was back-pedalling and full of denial. Insurance cover non-existant and promised repairs not attended to. Rough and ready service.
