"No communication!"

We seemed to have everything planned but Hugh has now stopped all communication and we were supposed to start the bathroom re-furb next week. Hugh doesn't answer the phone, respond to emails or messages so we are left in the lurch for Christmas - it pains me to say it but he can't be trusted to do what he says.

Hugh was brilliant with the job. He turned up 5 mins early and got straight on with the job. He replaced the thermostatic shower bar and resealed the bath, perfect job. He came out the day after I contacted him, great service.

Really pleased with the work Hugh did for us today. Friendly, on time and did a great job.

Hugh was amazing. He replied promptly. He kept me in the loop regarding updates on parts. He turned up when he said he would. He was honest and transparent re costing and hasn't tried to rip me off. He's definitely one to keep in your address book and recommend to others as he's a rare breed.

Hugh installed a shower room in a new extension. His work is exemplary and he was always punctual, really pleasant to have around, and always thorough in his clearing up at the end of each day. We have already had him back to install radiators and feel fortunate that he is now our ‘go to’ plumber. We cannot rate him too highly.
