"They do not answer there phones or…"

They do not answer there phones or there emails, our company has tried numerous time to contact them on what the status is and they just will not answer there phone or emails. We have left voicemail messages and no response back. We have tried everything, we had to call them from an unknown number and finally reached them but now I can't get a hold of them any more. The work they do is great but now our timeline, (project time) is no longer existent do to not being able to know what is happening. If you do not want your deadline date be affected look else where because they will eventually effect you project.
