We had an excellent experience with Sue and Chris. They prepared us well for what to expect in the assessment and we felt very comfortable throughout the process. They understood our eight year-old son immediately and had very clear insight into his difficulties. They produced a detailed report within a week with lots of very helpful recommendations and links to further reading and resources.

Chris and Sue were amazing from the beginning to the end. From the initial interview, the assessment to the presentation of the final report we were pleased and reassured all the way. They both took time out to answer any questions we had as this was a complete new process for us as parents. We were pleased with the thorough report which led to our daughter's school arranging the necessary academic and pastoral support provisions.
