Carl & Sue were recommended to us and I'm so glad they were. When what is a devasting time happens they step in. Sue guided us very gently through the process. The staff were so thoughtful with their support. We never felt rushed, no question or query was ignored. The funeral they produced felt so personal and strangely - lovely. Carl arrived in two beautiful limos, his and his staff's uniforms were pristine. Everything was smooth on the day. Darren the celebrant was wonderful. He came across so sincere and heartfelt, someone actually asked me did he know my husband, was he a friend of his. We had produced our own eulogies but Darren very thoughtfully made additions to them. He is so good at what he does. A few days later Carl sent me downloads of the funeral and the photo montage with the music for me to keep. He'll never know how much I appreciate that - thank you again.

Carl and Sue have just helped us through the worst and most devastating time - our youngest son Chris passed away suddenly age 23 on 4th March.
