THIS WEBSITE IS COMPLETE FRAUD. .THEY CHARGED ME AND MY FRIENDS AND NEVER SENT US WHAT WE ORDERED. BILL HAS NO REFUSED TO ANSWER US AND WILL NOT REFUND US. A COMPLETE CRIMINAL. THIS WEBSITE SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN

"Scam company"

I would give it a zero if I could. I have emailed and called multiple times regarding a return and have not received a single response. They never answer the phone and they do not call back. Do not order anything from this company. Scam!

No way to cancel my subscription and no answers to any of my emails. It's absolutely ridiculous.

Set up a subscription that came with poor-quality products and then cancelled it. However, I now keep getting charged £85 every two months. I have contacted them with no response by email, and the phone line that is never answered. This is clearly a scam company; please avoid.

However they use hermes as their delivery service- and hermes are literally a terrible company and the way they delivered this particular parcel was awful. (Package damaged, could see inside it)
