Cheap price and quick delivery. Came on a Jewson truck so not sure how it works exactly. Truck driver rang beforehand and deposited the bulk bag exactly where i asked. No complaints at all.

Ordered sound insulation and Aaron took payment, after 3 weeks of no delivery try contacting them, no joy, even answer machine was full, couldnt leave message.
Finally got through to Aaron and cancelled order after waiting six weeks and requested refund. Another 4 weeks passed so rung my bank and requested chargeback.
All the times Ive had to ring Snaffles the only person i talked to was Aaron, probably one man band working out of an office who doesnt like working on Fridays or Mondays

Visited this gem today . The food was fab ,great value for money and the staff were really lovely It's a really nice spotless cafe . I will definitely be visiting it again soon

I have been contacted by Snaffle who have explained that my order has taken longer than usual and apologised, my goods have now been delivered.

I placed an order and paid on 17/11/2022. 11 days later still no delivery information, I can raise anyone on the phone and emails are ignored. Stay well clear, you will not get your goods !!!!!!!!

Not sure if they are scammers or not, but they have taken my money, ignored every email and message I’ve sent them and I’ve received nothing. Don’t use!

Said my order had been shipped but never arrived sent emails chasing with no response and online chat that no one answered, I have no product or money back in over 3 weeks! I use lots of builder website and I wouldn’t come back here again

I recommend this platform to purchase building materials.
The platform is easy to use and the customer service is exceptionally good. I bought 7 jumbo bags of MOT type 1 and when I needed information about delivery times, the customer service representative, Aaron, was very helpful . I opened a chat, and within seconds he reply with all the information I requested. A few days later, I needed to add three more jumbo bags to a delivery that was due, and Aaron call the suppliers and the hauliers to organise the delivery so that I could receive it all in the same lorry. Furthermore , on the day of delivery, Aaron called me and send me a text asking me if All material had arrived or if I needed further assistance. What can I say? Excellent customer service! Excellent drivers bringing the material, and excellent quality of merchandise. 5 stars truly deserved.
