"Great customer service - quick delivery"

I have ordered twice from Naj Vape Shop. The products are as described and delivery is very quick - I placed an order at 1pm and had delivery by 6pm the same day!
They update you by text (if you choose the option at checkout) and items are well packaged and affordable.

"Out of Pocket & No Goods"

I was running very low on e-juice and purchased a couple of bottles from this site as they state 'orders placed before 4pm are dispatched the same day via 1st class post'.
A few days passed and I had not received the items so contacted the supplier via email.
A couple more days passed and I had still not received a response, so raised a dispute via PayPal and contacted the suppliers again, only this time through PayPal's messaging service in the hope they would finally respond. Again, a couple more days passed and I had still heard nothing, so decided to contact the suppliers via email for the 3rd time requesting a response, but again, got not response.
After all this I have no juice, am out of pocket and have not received a response to any of my correspondences. I feel I have been conned and have no alternative than to raise a dispute through PayPal to reclaim my money, which could take weeks.
