They did what they said they would do and turned up on time, The balustrade looks great, and we're confident about the quality of the work and that if there are any problems in the future, they will help.

I wanted to take a moment to express my gratitude for the exceptional service provided by Ian, Richard and their team at Aspire Glass. Last year, they came out to survey and install a 20-meter u shape balustrade on my balcony. The installation of the channels went smoothly, but we later decided to replace the copping stones due to their condition.

I greatly appreciate their willingness to accommodate our request. They kindly returned, dismantled the channels, and stored them in their warehouse until we completed all the necessary works. Once we were ready, they promptly reinstalled the channels and glass without any additional charges.

Their professionalism and helpfulness throughout the process were remarkable. It is evident that they are dedicated to providing a personal and top-notch service. I would highly recommend Aspire Glass to anyone in need of their expertise.

Was a positive experience from beginning to end. I sent some diagrams and measurements and description of what we required. A chat to confirm and discuss options was had. Electronic communication was excellent and responses over phone equally timely and accurate. Company were keen to ensure that we were aware of being building regs compliant too; reassuring input. The guys that came to measure were on time, polite and engaging. Simialalry, when they came back to fit, at a prearranged customer led time, they were excellent. The glass has been in a week now and we are still looking g at it with smile and glad we saved and went for glass not wood. It really is one of those, you get what you pay for, experiences. I would recommend these guys to you based on my experiences to date. I hope I have no need for any after sales service but I am confident if I do that it would be as positive as the presale and installation.
