I already have the mid size version of this Pallarès solsona knife and love it, so I ordered the larger version and the oval sharpening stone. Good decision. The knife has great balance and a decent weight to it, chops and slices like a dream. It's also just beautiful. I'm learning to use the sharpening stone but that's very straightforward.
