5 Star Experience for the journey from initial enquiry to purchasing a course.

This process was led by Ellen who is extremely patient, knowledgable and available to support.

I recently had problems logging in and Ellen was quick to respond and resolve.

This fills me with confidence for when I start my course in March.

My tutor Jess was incredible, nothing was to much trouble for her and I felt so supported throughout my studies.
I started my Level 6 Diploma in Conveyancing Law and Practice when my daughter was just 2 years old, I had a lot to juggle so any course would need to fit around that. Thankfully this course did and I am now a CLC Licensed Conveyancer - Thank you MOL !!!

Completed course in Jan 2024, chased by email and calls and was advised an update only on 25/6 i receive an email mentioning that assessment was late to go through CID moderation due to the lateness of Marking - this had led to delay in progression for my role - highly disappointed and would recommend to use another provider.

"I called today requiring help…"

I called today requiring help registering my course with CIPD and asking to switch to on demand. I spoke with Ellen who was very friendly, patient and attentive. Ellen’s directions of what I needed to do were extremely clear and so I felt confident she could help with my second query. She explained she would instantly switch my course and everything I needed to know. She called me back to confirm my course was switched, checking I was okay with an assignment I’d already registered to and told me she had removed all the Level 5 course content I no longer required so It was clear for me. Following this Ellen sent me an email to confirm everything in writing. Ellen went above and beyond to help me, she is a rare gem and an asset to your business. I had no difficulty, it was stress free and I felt happy coming away with my queries resolved quickly. Thanks Ellen, you make a massive difference to people x
