Nelly V from Inner Melbourne Maids is a wonderful cleaner. She does an amazing job and makes the home spotless. Nelly is cheerful and a delight to have visit. She is a great communicator leading up to and during the appointment and always asks if we have any special cleaning requests each visit. Inner Melbourne Maids also had great communication and reminders for each appointment. Nelly has visited us 5 times now and the service is the best cleaning service we've ever had. Karina did a one-off clean for us and achieved exceptional results. She was punctual, friendly and efficient. She even managed to clean grouting in the shower that I thought was stained and could not be cleaned. Inner Melbourne Maids has stated that they will provide a $10 tip for Karina if I write a review and I am more than happy to ensure that she receives the tip.
