Delivery time OK. Heater looks nice not used yet. Delivery driver rude to my wife and would not carry down small drive behind our gates , he said there is your Delivery and walked away. If I was the company I'd look at changing Delivery company.

After a bit of online searching for a new gas patio heater this Company offered what we were looking for. Our old gas patio heater was purchased from John Lewis 24 years ago and has served us very well indeed, so buying a new heater was always going to be a tall order. Ordering was pretty straightforward. The RealGlow heater arrived today after ordering it on the previous Sunday. It arrived extremely well packaged with full instructions on how to assemble. I would say that it took my husband about 50/60 minutes to put together but once assembled, connected and ignited we are well pleased with the product. The spiral flame is certainly a focal point. The heat output is good and the whole unit looks the business. A cover was also included in the price. Looking forward now to getting plenty of use out of it whether it lives up to its predecessor remains to be seen but for now we love our new addition. Would definitely recommend the Company.
