When you cannot file with HMRC directly, as I was, this service is an excellent way of filing. I would even say its easier and more efficient than the HMRC online offering. For example, your figures are checked as you go along, highlighting any errors in your prepared final accounts. There was a technical hitch (problem with Govt Gateway not Easyfile) but the problem was diagnosed and fixed by Easyfile WITHIN MINUTES. And everything is clear and explained as you go along. Support was readily available and tailored to my level of understanding. I give them 10 out of 10.

It was the first time of using the system; it has its quirks, but if you need a "pay as you go" option for filing single CT small company returns, it seems comprehensive. There are cheaper alternatives if you need to file multiple returns for several clients
