Good customer support and a good solution to a what is an inherently complex setup. I think a bit more info on exactly how it works would be useful before starting a free trial. Some videos etc.. Something easily accessible. I spent 30 minutes asking questions on their live chat to find everything out that I needed to know.

I reached out to the developers for a change in an integration with Etsy that seemed to be missing a certain item. They responded quickly and improved the integration for me and seemingly every body else on the platform within 36 hours. The platform has a lot of potential and is already very useful to me.

I hope there will be an option to use an excel import to update the main store in the future (if not there yet) instead of only an export function.
