I wouldn't suggest this agency to any one, as I am going through a bad phase with them and struggling for a year now to get justice. Y-Axis is much better and trustworthy.

Firstly Ms.Ritika and her team, Bengaluru Branch Head, reached me last year in the month of March 2023 and promised an One time offer claiming it is only once in the year 2023 and made me to pay the full amount of Rs.1 Lakh and additionally promised, I can appear for PTE for Canada process and I have joined just for that reason only.

But for my surprise, immediately after doing the payment, the very next day, they have changed their stance and started saying PTE is not yet approved and I need to wait till the government approves it. I asked them as then why do I pay for? To wait?. In addition, I started getting the same one time offer email, every following month's after doing the payment as part of their advertisement and I felt cheated when coming to know about it.
How can a agency take the full money without even doing the skill assessment??

Last month Ms.Himanshi, Legal team and Ms.Ritika, came back and asked me to take back 50% payment, but by the very next day, PTE got approved by canada government and denied the refund. I agreed to give a try and checked the possibilities of skill assessment with their and found nothing was suiting my profile, so asked for the refund and they are not returning. Looting money in a decent way.

Since then I have stopped the process and asking for the refund. But sadly so, Mr.Ajay, The owner is good to respond at least to his clients, where in his teammates are rude and denying my refund for no reason and I am struggling for the last one year to get my Rs.1 Lakh. So I would suggest anyone who has been cheated like to me reach me out as I am taking the legal route now.

Also attaching the promotion mailers received claiming as one time offer, but was receiving it all the months after my payment is done.
