"These guys got me out a bad situation with Hilton timeshare"

My ex husband and I had purchased a timeshare in Florida with Hilton Vacation Club. A couple of months later they contacted me by phone and talked me into this fantastic upgrade deal that would give us a second timeshare without having to make a down payment and would result in thousands of points. It was during Covid so I thought it sounded great and agreed to the deal. Three days later my husband lost his job. I tried to call Hilton to cancel and it was a nightmare and they just ignored me and we were stuck with both timeshares and thousands a month in timeshare payments. We tried to keep up, but then separated and divorced and my ex and I were both supposed to continue making these payments but he did not follow through and pretty soon I was getting crushed. I looked for a company to help and found Timeshare Owner Justice. I liked their aggressive approach and they went after Hilton about ignoring the cancellation request and put a lot of pressure on. Within two months, Hilton was willing to work with me to release me from the contracts, but my ex-husband had to sign and he was dodging me. These guys at Timeshare Owner Justice went the extra mile and contacted my ex-husband AND HIS DAD to get him to respond and just sign the papers so I could get out of this deal. I am free of both timeshares and so glad I am able to move on thanks to help from this company.

I made the mistake on a vacation to Florida of getting a timeshare from Holiday Inn Vacation Club. I thought Holiday Inn is a well-known company, this is a good idea. It turned out to be horrible. They never had availability when I wanted to go, and they lied about how much the yearly maintenance fees would be on top of the loan payments. I was referred to Timeshare Owner Justice by a friend because I was not going to keep paying Holiday Inn and they were calling me every day and at work to try and get me to pay the maintenance fees. Timeshare Owner Justice spent time to understand my case and arguments and presented my demands to Holiday Inn---within a matter of weeks Holiday Inn was waving the white flag and releasing me from this contract. These guys got the job done fast. I am very grateful because this situation stressed me out and they got it handled in a couple of months. Bravo

Timeshare Owner Justice helped my mom get out of two timeshares that she and dad had bought in the 80s. Dad passed almost 20 years ago, and she was still paying the fees but not using the timeshares. I tried to get them to work with me but they said too bad, I was stuck. Dean and Dennis helped me get out of my Diamond Resorts timeshare
I never wanted this timeshare but was roped into a presentation a few years ago and told tall tales by the sales representatives. I tried to call to book a vacation and nothing they promised me was available and I knew I had been scammed. I started trying to find a good company that could help me get out, and I talked to a few that sounded exactly like the timeshare sales people--fast talkers, pushy, telling tall tales. When I first talked to Dean he took the time to listen and explain and he sounded like someone I could trust. They were good at keeping me updated and Dennis was very thorough. They did ask for a lot of information at the beginning to build my case which was a little frustrating, but it was well worth it once I saw the work they did. I am not a patient person but they made sure I knew what was going on and walked me through the process. They delivered and Diamond Resorts agreed to take back the deed and let me out. I wanted to compliment the team at Timeshare Owner Justice. They helped me get out of a bad timeshare investment. Many companies had called me to try and sell me their exit program but they were pushy and talked over me just like the salesman who convinced me to sign up for a timeshare that I really did not want. Dean took the time to explain things and helped me understand the process. I did not realize that I had signed a contract in perpetuity and that my kids would have to pay the fees on this after I was gone. This really worried me but Dean and his team were very understanding and did good follow up and were able to get my contract cancelled in about 8 months. I highly recommend Timeshare Owner Justice.
