Genesis provided me with an excellent mounting and framing service with plenty of hands on advice to enable me to make informed decisions.

"Good...at a price."

And they are good. Nice people, great quality, never a problem. BUT, I can't make a margin using them, so I generally go elsewhere now. Shame, as they know what they're doing, but I end up giving the work away rather than making a business out of my work.
I'm sure I'll use them again for something, but if the price is right !

I had a bumpy start with Genesis, but Gabrielle was an incredible example of amazing customer service. She took the time to call me, discuss the concern I had and did everything she could to address it. I put a lot of photographic work through studios so I will definitely be using Gabrielle's services again - she was a real pleasure to work with.
