"A A+ experience!"

We used Yampu last Christmas (2017) for a 2 week trip in Argentina. From the very first email to the follow up after our trip, everything was perfect with Yampu. The hotel selection was matching our needs, the transfers between locations and airports all went very smoothly, the overall trip plan was a good balance of sightseeing, discovery and personal time. The guides were all so friendly and knowledgeable. This was a A+ experience.

We like their services so much that we are now planning another trip with Yampu.

"As a senior solo traveler detailed…"

As a senior solo traveler detailed planning was needed for two months in
Belize this winter...It took many weeks of co-operative planning with
considerations of preferences and options as well as special needs.
The trip exceeded my expectations and gave me a feeling of freedom and
emersion in a culture proud of their heritage and natural beauty in spite
of limited materialism. I got to snorkel and had one of the best birding
experience in my many years of travel. Hats off to Yampu....

"Reflecting back on the trip"

Reflecting back on the trip, we did see a lot and experienced life in Vietnam and Cambodia. I would say that the Yampu agents communication was only fair to poor. We had requested 4 or 5 Star hotels. We did not get the standard we requested (according to our Yampu agent, due to budget) even though no budget was ever discussed. Feeling a bit ripped off on the cost. Advice to all, don't trust what you hear, look up on Trip advisor for cost before you make a decision to purchase. We could have gotten them for $80 - $150 online ourselves - Vietnam and Cambodia is a very inexpensive place to stay! Cancelled fight and Visa issues were of major concern. Others on the trip with a different travel itinerary and different company were rebooked and were instructed correctly on the Visa issue. We paid twice and out of pocket cash - no credit cards taken by airline agent or Visa agent. Indochina associates to Yampu in Cambodia weren't reliable and no follow thru as an escort - we were left at the airport to deal with an Airline Agent on our own - btw, we don't speak the language. We paid for a private tours and driver for this trip. Vietnam was much better than Cambodia. This 2 stars rating of Poor is accurate due to the inadequate experience with a lot of friction.

"Really great experience working with Yampu!"

Great experience working with Karolina and the Yampu Tours team for my family's three week trip to Peru, Chile, and Argentina. Seamless connections, very good communication, knowledgeable local guides, and excellent accomodations all added up for a wonderful experience. My wife and I took my older parents and things were scheduled to be interesting enough for everyone to enjoy but not too exhausting that my folks couldn't keep up. The one hiccup we had at a restaurant was addressed very responsibly by Karolina and was very much appreciated. Overall A+ experience and I can't recommend them enough.

Yampu tours did an excellent job putting together our tour. Specifically, Karolina, our Yampu rep, excelled at getting to know us; our likes/dislikes, interests, etc., and constructed a tour that met all of our needs. The sites were amazing, guides were professional and knowledgeable, divers were safe and courteous and everything went off without a hitch.

Further, any changes that were needed or questions we had were dealt with in an expedited manner. Listening and communicating with the customer are huge parts of most jobs, but specifically tourism, and Karolina is great at both.

We intend to use Yampu again in the future, and specifically recommend Karolina for your travel needs.

Yampu put together an outstanding trip for us to Chile (Santiago, Patagonia and Cape Horn), Argentina, and Peru (Lima, Cusco/Sacred Valley and Machu Picchu).

Karolina was amazingly professional, well organized and knowledgeable! She was there for all of our questions with the right answers. Wonderful lodging, fabulous guides and all arrangements in place for each location.

That the weather cooperated throughout the trip was simply icing on the cake!
