I had a battery installed with my existing solar panels. The installers were very professional and did a good job. Thecompany also helped me with the paperwork to apply for a 'Smart Export Guarantee' which I could not have done on my own, because I don't have the technical knowledge to fill in the application. So thank you very much. I have had the battery for almost a month now and everything works great.

Communication with John throughout was great, delivered and installed my Battery storage system on time and as agreed, including a small extra piece of electrical work I wanted at the same time. Installers were tidy and thorough and worked with me to agree best route for cabling. A small issue seen after the install was attended to quickly so John is clearly running a tight ship, no complaints, well done.

John was the most informative provider I spoke with in my long search for a competitively priced battery. He did not try to blind me with science: his explanations were clear and conscise and gave me a good understanding of all that I needed to know to come to a decision.

Neither did he try the hard sell: he let the facts speak for themselves and I found it easy to come to a decision.

When I later had further questions he answered them willingly and honestly.

The price that was given for the battery was competitive, markedly so. And the arrangements for the installation were quickly and conveniently organised.

Today was installation day and the lads who fitted the battery were polite and obviously knew what they were doing. I left them to get on which it and they were finished in quick time. Before they left, Nick gave me a quick rundown on the App that monitors the battery so I had a fundamental understanding of what I needed to know. Both he and Aaron were personable and I got a good sense that they cared about enduring the installation was to my satisfaction.

"Fox EP11-H battery install"

We just had a new Fox EP11-H installed so that we could take advantage of cheap off peak rates and save excess solar. Charging off peak saves us around £700 a year alone.

We had many companies come and quote and most had little technical knowledge. Suns Power (John) was one of the only people that actually knew and could articulate why this was suitable for us. Not only that, the price was very competitive.

The install was very smooth, and the guys did a very tidy job. They set up the app and showed me how to use it, and on leaving they took all rubbish with them.
