Prior to trip to BKK for songkran, had ordered prep and arranged for express delivery and paid for the extra cost of doing so. However, the items did not arrive and only arrived a few days later after i had come back from Songkran. Definitely a disappointing and unsatisfactory experience.

My order was not process until I need to send few times emails then your company start to realised n process. It took around 3 weeks to receive my goods. Moreover I paid for extra for express service. Very bad experience.
