"Thanks to Desired Living"

Thanks to Desired Living I bought a lounge suite some 4 months ago delivered in 4 months .As I live in Encounter Bay South Australia I was about worried however all went to plan and very happy with quality of lounge suite I will certainly tell all my friends and family a good company to do business with

"Disgusting company"

Disgusting company. If there are any issues with your order they will not respond to your complaint. Been chasing up a coffee table not received and they either blatantly lie to you or don't respond to your calls. Only thing they have admitted is that they've lost my coffee table. Since then not one word from them. Will pursue them through Fair Trading.

"Very bad experience"

Ordered a bed in Mid September 2020, was promised delivery by Xmas. Now more than mid way through January, still waiting, very poor communication.
I asked for a refund however they stated their contract does not guarantee any delivery time and refused. - All telephone calls when finally answered are met with changing stories, straightforward lies and no resolution. Beware

"Thank you for a wonderful sofa"

Thanks for delivering us a beautiful looking sofa. We are very pleased with the workmanship. One comment through is that the couriers probably could have given us more notice rather than just the 30 mins prior. Either way we love our couch

"First impression not great but the quality of the product surpasses all expectations"

A bit shabby is my first impression . However if you can get past the look of their showroom, which was being renovated when we visited , they actually make decent couches. We gave them the benefit of the doubt give their price was half that of Harvey Norman for a similar piece. Happy to recommend to buyers

"I am loving my olive green chesterfield…"

I am loving my olive green chesterfield which we ordered from Desired Living in April this year. The quality is definitely better than I had anticipated given the price I paid for it. Would highly recommend to anyone who doesn’t want to pay the price tag for an overpriced furniture piece.

"Online Shoppers"

After much deliberation and upon confirmation from Harris that we would be fully refunded if the set we ordered was the wrong colour, and that transportation costs would be covered we placed an order for a leather set. Our order was being transported to Adelaide. Apart from a phone call from Aasra regarding final payment, for the whole 13 weeks there was no phone call to let us know how things were progressing. Our couches finally arrived but were not the colour we ordered. We immediately informed Harris via email, sms and phone calls regarding the possibility of returning the couches. That was 5 weeks ago! Apart from a phone call from Harris, stating that the situation was going to be solved on the day (3 weeks after the complaint was made) that he texted, and an email from Ambreen in the Warranty department promising to be in touch in a 'few days'. We are no closer to a resolution. I have lodged a report with the ACCC and am currently going through the consumer, business services here in Adelaide...hoping that a solution will be reached soon before pursuing small claims. This review is more for those who are ordering online to be wary...Desired Living really doesn't rate but I had to do 1 star in order to post a review.
