Ordered a pram with a rain cover and car seat cover. I got an email today after 4 days that my order has been cancelled and I am now waiting for my refund. No communication as to why its been cancelled. Poor customer service. Now I have to look for a pram elsewhere, what a waste of time.

I ordered a crib mattress due for delivery in 5-10 working days. There was no sign of any update so after 12 working days I emailed them. No response was received, just an automated email saying my order had been cancelled. Very poor customer service.

Poor customer service. I ordered chest of drawer/baby changing as it stated delivery was within at least 7 days I received a call to say this was an error and item not due until May. I said this was fine and stated I did NOT want a refund to keep the order in. I subsequently emailed simply asking if there was an estimated date for delivery to receive a generic email advising I have been refunded. Shocking customer service will not be ordering again.

"I ordered a Joie swing almost 1month…"
I ordered a Joie swing almost 1month ago, I was given a delivery date twice and this was not upheld, I then asked for a refund and was told the item would now be sent out and I had to refuse the delivery, the item was dumped on my doorstep, a collection was booked to return it, Little Arrivals booked the collection incorrectly with details of where it’s going the courier company refused to pick it up and I am still trying to get it sent back! The customer service is atrocious and I will never shop with Little Arrivals ever again! Please also note they have no escalation for complaints/manager/supervisor which is just ridiculous when you have a complaint and get ignored.
