TO UPDATE:- 31/03/2022 I eventually got to speak with Jake on the office landline only to be told that Owen the company director was dealing with the issue. I was asked to put in writing that I agree to remove this review and cancel the County Court Claim (Claim Number 284MC519) if they refunded my money by close of business on 01/04/2022. I agreed to this and sent the email to confirm with assurances from Jake that he would acknowledge and respond accordingly. We it's no surprise that he or Owen have NOT acknowledged the email and have once again gone off the radar! These guys are total liars and will tell you anything to bide themselves some time and to fob you off! They seem to be blissfully unaware that a fraud investigation is underway on their company and if they are aware they do not seem to be bothered a single bit. Once again I advise to everyone DO NOT USE THIS SO CALLED COMPNAY...THEY ARE THIEVES AND SCAMMERS. Absolute scam of a company!! Jake pressured me into making a payment of £1080 for lead generation. They didn't even get me live! He ignores your call and texts, even the office number was out of service for 2 weeks. They never answer the office phone either. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They are total scammers and if they are not then they are completely incompetent and unprofessional. I have now issued a small claim against them and reported them to the Police and the UK Business Fraud Investigation. Please do not use this company.
