I was ABSOLUTELY blown away from the moment I reached out to Angelina King with 718 Tax and Financial Services one Friday afternoon! She listened attentively to my situation and instantly eased the stress I was feeling. I was very worried about my tax situation and didn’t know what to do or where to go. She assured me it was not the end and she so politely and professionally explained new tax laws and options that we could take advantage of for 2020. She gave my husband and I hope! We were able to enjoy our weekend. After the conversation, she followed up as promised with Welcome documents, etc. We arranged time to meet and to provide our tax documents on Tuesday morning. By Tuesday afternoon she had completed our taxes and provided us with “Great News”! She stated that we did not owe the IRS for 2020 and that we would get a REFUND! Finally, on Friday morning we had a virtual appointment for our tax review. It went extremely well. Angelina took the time to explain the process, went over each form in great detail. She answered any questions we may have had and made us feel at ease. Our tax documents were completed virtually. No travel, No traffic, No time wasted! My husband and I are so grateful and pleased with Angelina’s services. She’s our Guardian Angel and we’re truly blessed to have found her online! Our Friday in May went from Good to Great!
