This was my first time ordering from the site and I was a little nervous because my package was to be delivered to a hotel in Italy, to be picked up my friend who was staying there for a short time. I emailed the company to explain the situation. Anna was very responsive to all my queries. Order process was extremely smooth, and I got regular updates on the status of the order/delivery. I bought 4 embroidery scissors and I love them. Very well made and so good-looking! My dream is to see all their embroidery scissors in person (and grab them all :-)
