Since this was my first time buying silver, I needed to be sure of my purchase. After talking to David over the course of a few weeks, I did buy silver and was very pleased with the attention I received as to the status of my order. Dislike: being able to seeing price of gold that I purchased unsatisfactory. I expected to be able to go on line for this information or to get a monthly or quarterly report. All I have is the initial price

Dislike: original purchase process did not include providing beneficiary info. I queried account rep on this and they took the information over the phone. I assumed I would have on line access to my account, but I do not. Lear does but I do not

This was my first time ever buying precious metals and I was afraid of being steam rolled as I had been in the past by other companies whom I chose not to do business with because of their 'pushy'ness. Oh my! Dave was so nice and so patient with me!! I was defensive partly because I felt ignorant and partly because I didn't want to be taken advantage of. What a great guy!
