"Product never arrived - however company refunded me and i am ungrading their rating"

I ordered a product from The Raw Food World on February 12, paying $11 for shipping, and by February 27 it had still not arrived. I emailed them twice and have not yet received a reply. So I do not know how trustworthy and reliable this company is.

UPDATE: AFTER SEEING MY TRUSTPILOT REVIEW THE COMPANY CONTACTED ME. I SUBSEQUENTLY ASKED FOR A REFUND AND THEY WERE RESPONSIVE, SO I HAVE UPGRADED THEM FROM 1 TO 3 STARS. IN FAIRNESS, I ORDERED FROM THIS COMPANY SEVERAL YEARS AGO AND ON THAT OCCASION I HAD NO PROBLEMS.

I received my order very quickly along with other free samples, and am very happy with the products I ordered. This is a company that cares about people. It is evident in every way.
