Used Burts Online for a carpet. Ordered and received the next day so overall very impressed with service. Carpets were reasonably priced and I would certainly use them again. My only gripe is that there was no notification that the carpet was arriving next day and we had an estimated delivery for a couple of days later. I am not sure what would have happened if I was out, but really happy it arrived safe and sound.
