"Worst company I have ever dealt with"

Worst company I have ever dealt with. Selected a bathroom vanity unit in the sale and added to basket. What arrives was not the same colour and a much cheaper version without the gold embellishments which had been shown on the sale version of what I thought I had purchased. Upon querying this I was told that would have been extra. The white marble top was too small to fit the unit and although they did send a correct size it was in grey marble. I had to pay for extra time for contractors as unit couldn't be fitted due to incorrect piece. Don't waste your time buying anything from this company. Also, going to contact Trading Standards about them

Total 1 to 1 customer experience. Seb was there every step of the way helping me design my vanity unit from scratch. There was a slight delay due to Issues in shipping but I understand ocean freight has had several issues over the last few years. The end product is exactly what i visioned and am beyond happy!

Black Swan bathroom cabinets are exceptional quality and the small family buisness a pleasure to purchase from. I brought a vanity unit for a previous house and loved it so much, brought a double and single vanity for the bathrooms in my new house.
I had to have bespoke sizes made to maximise the space in my bathrooms and this proved no problem for black swan, neither did having then painted the colour of my choice.
Great company, great service and amazing quality cabinetry.

Loved the wardrobe we bought from BSF. It’s made of hard wood, so is a sturdy piece of furniture and looks stunning in our guest bedroom. It was a joy to work with Seb and his small family business as attention was paid to the finer details (such as F&B paint colour!) and it’s good now to have something in exactly the size and colour we wanted. Great service too, would highly recommend them.

"Ordered Hargrave Double Vanity Unit, Very pleased!"

We purchased the Hargrave Double Vanity Unit but needed the sizes adjusted to fit our bathroom. We were kindly informed of the extra time needed to complete the unit as it was a bespoke order. Delivery was approx 10-12 weeks, and we received it in week 9. It's always nice when approx estimates come sooner than later! Can't wait to finish the install and send some pictures over. Thank you!
