This agency is a scam, I lost £500 without attending any visa biometric appointment. They gave me fake appointment.

I am very disappointed ☹️ i regret trusting this agency. The agent called Nail disappeared as soon as I made full payment. He’s messages stoped delivering, his number stoped going through, he filled the visa application form spelling my names wrongly, even when I pointed it out he didn’t correct them, because I have paid in full. Worst mistake ever. I had my appointment at the TLS office today, but we got send out because Nail applied for a Business Visa when we clearly asked for tourism for us 🤯😠 so now he’s no were to be found. Absolutely gutted. I DONT RECOMMEND
