"Outstanding customer service, prompt delivery, excellent quality"

Spoke with Paul Cartwright who quickly organised the design and printing of over 1000 lanyards for my school. It only took 5 working days from our initial meeting to delivery of our lanyards. Paul was incredible during the whole process which includes design adjustments, delivery during school holidays and prompt communication. The quality of lanyards was outstanding and I will be using them again to re-order in the future.

I urgently needed some lanyards and actually came across AL via Trustpilot. I'd found a website who offered quick delivery and was checking their score on here. It was abysmal but it led me to AL thankfully.

Their customer service (special shout out to Paul!) was exceptional. They responded to emails quickly and efficiently. Payment was straightforward and delivery very prompt. The products are excellent, I'm a very happy customer!

Overall a really fantastic service! Paul was incredibly helpful and took time to make sure everything was correct. We ordered 3 different coloured lanyards with different artwork, they all look great, and arrived so quickly.
