SCAM. They have taken over $100 in payments and have costed me over $200 in NSF fees. I have called, emailed, pleaded, and they still are taking these payments. The last time I spoke to someone named Sharon, she insisted my account would be canceled and that a manager would call me within 15 minutes to dispute the charges. I get a confirmation email that my account was canceled and that no more payments will come out but never got any phone call back. It is now Friday again and they have taken another $20! I am so fed up with this company and will not stop blowing up your lines until you get this fixed and will be reporting you scamming pieces of crap to whoever I can because this is ridiculous.
