"Almost a month later..."

Great rug, unfortunately hugely let down by delivery. Original order placed on 14th Aug, finally received on 10th Sept only after a chasing phone call to ask where it was after 3 weeks. Promptly dispatched 'another rug' which was received today with thanks.

Expected to receive the rug within a week or two as per confirmation, but nothing arrived. I called and left a message with no responce - so emailed. Contact was received to highlight the rug wasn't in stock and not expecting for over 2 weeks. Wasn't happy but accepted. Was contacted when to expect delivery so stayed in to receive the rug, no rug arrived.
Received answer machine message stating the rug will be delivered the next day - Finally arrived and looks great

"not as description"

i purchased what i thought was a respberry rub to go in my raspberry kitchen but when it arrived it was definiatley not raspberry but red. refund requested
