"Excellent product and service"
Excellent product and service. Firstly I don't understand those bad reviews, totally not my experience. My previous cover (not from car covers) got damaged in a major storm a few days ago which even brought down a large tree close to the car and I needed a replacement fast, it's for a Reliant Scimitar GTE with leaky full length Webasto sun roof, not a common car. They had a fitted one which I ordered and it arrived next day, excellent. My previous one had lasted 3 years before getting torn in the storm and I would say the CarCovers one is even better quality than that and it fits well. I guess time will tell but I feel confident about having no problems. My only negative point would be that the locking kit is really a waste of time as is attached to the cover via two plastic attachments that a Stanley knife would cut through in seconds but it is a deterrent to opportunist thieves I guess.

"Not fit for purpose, two faulty Stormforce car covers."
This is a Trustpilot verified review.
I purchased a cover from them for my Caterham but within 8 months it started to let in water. I was sent a replacement in April 2019 and told the UV layer had failed. Six months later then replacement has done the same. I’ve contacted car covers ltd in October 2019 to let them know and they now say I’m out of warranty for the replacement cover having only had it for six months. Their stance is that the replacement has no warranty even though they admit the first one was faulty. No mention of a warranty is displayed anywhere. They are saying the warenty had expired but I've only had the replacement a short period of time and that's also faulty. This is dreadful customer service considering the problems with their product. These covers are clearly not fit for purpose having had two (neither lasting more than six months) and wouldn’t recommend them at all. It’s also worth noting that the star rated reviews on their own website are a nonsense and I tried to review and because it was a poor one it hasn’t been uploaded. The customer service I have received in October 2019 is dreadful the staff are beyond rude on the telephone.
They are trying everything to get this honest review about the customer service experience received in October 2019 and a replacement faulty product supplied in April 2019 from a very dissatisfied customer removed from this site.
Update 23rd February 2020.
In response to car covers dreadful reply below you Sir are the liar and and not a trustworthy trader. Please don’t buy from this company they shouldn’t be allowed to trade.
Further update 23rd February 2020.
I’m happy to provide Trust pilot with the full email trail between us in October 2019 showing this review is valid and should not be removed to protect customers from using your company, you sell poorly manufactured goods which are not fit for purpose.
Further update 28th February 2020.
In response to the latest rant in capital letters below from car covers below I have placed an honest review about the customer service received since reporting the faulty second cover supplied in April 2019 (no date changed) I have a full email trail which backs up what I have written should further proof of my experience using your company be required by Trustpilot. To call a customer a liar when you know what I’ve written is completely truthful and can be backed up shows you again as complete rogue traders.
The real truth is you’re selling car covers that only last six months before they start to deteriorate and are not fit for purpose and should be withdrawn from sale! You have showed no customer care despite knowing that the two covers are faulty which you have admitted to below. A proper company would apologise and offer a full refund. All I’ve received is rudeness lies and excuses.

"APPALLING COMPANY AVOID AVOID AVOID"
Absolutely appalling service in my opinion. Ordered a car cover for my RS6 on the recommendation of Audi themselves. Car cover arrived. Paid £64.89 all in. Found a cheaper cover elsewhere. Approached the company to see if I can return it. They asked if it was faulty I said no just found it cheaper elsewhere. Only email communication as the number for them is an 0800 number so would send me anywhere. Emails from the company are never signed by a person just says "car covers team" who doesn't love a faceless company. Said yes send it back and they will refund me. Paid nearly £12 postage to send it back because they refused to issue me a pre paid returns label like most companies do i.e. Amazon. Said they won't refund me the postage either. Great service guys. Already £12 out of pocket now and counting. Sent recorded delivery for signing by them so I know they got it. No refund. Chased them up had an email from "someone" said and I quote "Hi there. The refund must have been missed off sorry. We can process it today and will take 7-10 days to get back to you or if you have paypal we can do a direct payment to you today and you will have the money straight away. Your thoughts please
Kind Regards

Really looking like great service and an amazing company right!? Wrong. Still no refund as I gave them my sort code and account number. Email back and I quote "Thanx for that will get the MD to sort it for you today"
That was Thursday, I emailed Friday asking where the refund is. No reply from the company. Checked my bank account Saturday and refund amount shown £57. Now I'm ok at maths but if I buy something for £64.89 not to mention the extra £12 for postage that they refused to reimburse me for or provide me with a pre paid return label, then I expect to be in receipt of the full £64.89. Their excuse, "because there was nothing wrong with the cover" Now in today's world and with treating customers fairly this goes down as a simple way they screw money out of someone even if it's an item you send back. Very clever guys. You get £12 from me and £7 and your cover back unopened. Do that to enough customers and you make a tidy little profit. Question is, if I said the cover was faulty, guarantee they would of refunded ALL postage costs. No I won't let this drop and I will be taking this to BBC Watch Dog and Trading Standards because regardless of how small that sum of money is to me that I've lost, it's still my money and food out of my daughters mouth. Worse than that it's the principle of the thing and these companies who just think they can carry on doing this to customers which by the way, was my first time dealing with them.
NOW THE LAST TIME DEALING WITH THEM AND I ENCOURAGE YOU ALL TO AVOID THEM LIKE THE PLAGUE AND DONT GET RIPPED OFF AS I HAVE - regardless of the sum involved
