I liked the book, especially since it's not all about dieting and starving yourself, but actually helps you learn how you can keep eating (quite a lot) and lose weight! It's all about proper nutrition and counting calories, and, of course, a good exercise that follows it. I myself found good motivation in it and I am very satisfied with the results, but, of course, personal determination is still an important factor. I would highly recommend!

It’s so much more detailed than other diets, it takes you through a lot of the science behind why certain things work and others don’t.
