Very very impressed with customer service. We placed a large order with Victorianbathrooms4U. One item, a Roper Rhodes Hampton double vanity unit which is made up of two 600 units joined together, unfortunately arrived with one of the units appearing to have been faded by sunlight. Not only did customer service guy Tom go into their showroom to check colours against the photos I sent etc he then rang me back and patiently walked me through the returns system and personally made sure that before the replacement units were sent out he inspected them for any possible faults.

Yes it was annoying to receive faulty units and yes it delayed our bathroom remodel BUT the swift response and resolution plus fast delivery and smooth returns mitigated our initial annoyance.

The rest of the order was in super condition too, just that one hiccup with the vanity unit bases.
