The latest regards our previous Tollers review/s detailing Tollers attempts to pump up their fixed price, total lack of promised regular updates, numerous errors, refusal of boss to return phone calls, last minute refusal to complete the conveyancing process because we refused to pay their additional costs and their written threats to ruin us if we did an online review etc ......... whilst we continue to offer masses of written evidence to support every part of our previous reviews including copy of Tollers threatening letter and contemporaneous Email evidence of their refusal to return calls to us to try and sort problems out etc etc ...... Tollers refuse to supply any requested evidence whatsoever of their " bogus " review and " defamation " claims ....... they just continue their " rant " ....... its still hard for us to believe the way that they treated us and how they almost ruined my girlfriends new home retirement plans when they were supposed to be a professional legal business working on our behalf !! ..... we will never forget their nastiness and their incompetence.

"Incentive, Unprofessional and at times Incredibly Arrogant!"
It became apparent very early in the process that they were quite happy to do absolutely nothing and let the bill ramp up and as they were getting paid by the hour they clearly had no incentive to chase anything unless it fell in their lap. You got the feeling that if you didn’t make contact then nothing would ever happen! You simply did not know what was going on in the background because communication was at times non existent. I would advice anybody in the future to use a solicitor that charges a flat fee on completion to avoid having to constantly ask for updates and end up doing most of the work yourself.

She was extremely knowledgeable about the complex issues that revealed themselves and found rapid solutions. I’ve bought and sold many properties and this is by far the best service I’ve ever had. Value for money, expert, prompt service and consistently cheerful. What more could one ask? Huge thanks!

Should be no stars for my no win-no-fee personal injury claim. They were only prepared to do minimal work because there was no legal precedent and therefore not a 100% certainty of a win. I had a good case but as Tollers' were not prepared to fight my corner (the solicitor I had was even undermining me) I have had to take my case elsewhere... Lazy, tick box lawyers who wasted my time and energy! If you're happy with that go with them, if not look elsewhere.

Tollers negotiated my commercial lease. Despite the landlord agreeing I would not be liable to dilapidations, their solicitor still included a clause that would have held be liable for the poor historic condition of the building. That could have easily cost my business hundreds of thousands of pounds. Highly recommended.
