Fantastic service, delivery was around 21 hours after placing order. The radiator was well packed and appears to be well made. Will be installed in January following kitchen refurbish so unable to fully review radiator.

"Radiator great but service leaves a little to be desired"
When the radiator arrived the colour was great and looked really good quality and as we'd hoped however unfortunately it was not delivered when it was supposed to.
I had arranged to work from home on the agreed delivery date but I heard nothing from the company during the day. I phoned early afternoon to check where it was to be told it wasn't being delivered until the next day. There was no apology whatsoever and there was no pro-active attempt to contact us to say it wouldn't be delivered when it was supposed to be. I was unable to work from home the next few days too so had to arranged for delivery to the in-laws and for them to stay in. It was all rather inconvenient and should have been avoided.

I just had a little difficulty getting through on the phone at first to arrange an exchange. However once someone did answer, there service was quick and helpful.

"Damaged goods"
I bought a vertical coloured radiator in September. I love the product, the colour match is really good and it looks great. The downside? I didn't unpack it until the plumber arrived to fit it last week. Disappointingly, it had two dents on one side and one on the other. Given how well it was packed, this was surprising and the dents must have been there when it was packed (as there was no damage to the packaging). As I had the plumber here and I did not want the inconvenience of waiting for a replacement, I went ahead and had it fitted. Fortunately it is not too obvious because of its position in the room and the side with two dents faces the wall, so at least only one is visible. It is still a big disappointment though and given that the supplier must have known about the dents when it was packed, this should never have happened.

Placed a £600 order on 17th October. The only efficient service so far has been the taking of the payment. To date: No invoice, no radiators, no reply to many, many emails and phone calls, only BT voicemail. DO NOT touch this company, something is clearly very badly wrong.....we will be taking legal action very shortly I suspect.

"No radiator, No updates, No monies in bank account"
Well lets see now. I paid in full, didn't receive my radiator as per delivery date and received no email invoice. I phoned them and they immediately answered to explain the box was damaged so they would re-pack on Friday for delivery Monday 14th. Its now Tuesday, still no radiator, and not returned any of my calls, voice messages or emails over past 2 days. Keep getting a default BT voice message. Now have to cancel my plumber scheduled in advance for Wednesday. Customer service is clearly not a priority for them. You can manage delays and setbacks, but not when you're completely in the dark. Will update my review after we come to a satisfactory or unsatisfactory conclusion. To be continued..
