I received the item had a major bend in it told to straighten it out if I could it broke. Needed the item last week. Now have to wait another week for the item, the last item I brought before this one got lost in the mail and went to Brisbane for two weeks. Things are not looking good at the moment I hope this helps sort some problems out you are having.
I contacted the seller he sent me another one straight away very happy time in a good package didn't hesitate to send me another one. I would definitely buy off this person again. Very happy to receive the item will be using it tomorrow.

Bought a 7"& a 14" tapetech wipe down knife and the handle..had a massive job on..very expensive knives..7" performs great..
First wipe with the 14" left a gouge in the centre..on inspection it has a defect..brand new..I rang Plastering supplies who insist they need proof in the form of video to send to tapetech who then may just say keep that one and we will send another..or..at MY ADDED EXPENSE I may have to return it and then roll the dice and see what happens..other companies that sell it say it is an unnecessary way of dealing with it..
