"Fast correction to problem"

One of the plastic snaps from a $90 Insect Shield shirt came off at first wearing. The company was very quick to send me a replacement. It is off putting that there is no customer service by phone ( calling gets an answering service in London) but I received a phone call back very quickly & also a fast response to my email. The shirt is good looking, tho why it is made with cheap plastic snaps is beyond me. Hopefully, the snap breakage is an isolated incident; the service I received from Rohan could not have been better.

I have bought pants from Rohan's for about 25 years, first at Heathrow and then in Covent Garden and, once, in Glasgow. They are the ONLY pants i have. Recently i needed some more but was not going to the UK for a few months so i bought on - line for the first time. When I got the pants, they were not what i expected -- the pockets had problems relating to my travel style and they were too heavy ( I am a fanatic for traveling light). So i called them and they were super super (I think you say "brilliant" in the UK but that is too mild). Real humans answered the phone immediately, they went to great effort to help me choose other pants, exchanging several emails and multiple phone calls, they sent them promptly and all is working out perfectly. Given the amount of time they spent on me I can hardly believe they made any money on this transaction, but that shows their care for customer satisfaction. Long Live Rohans's!!!!
