"Goods not arrived and non-existent customer service"
Would give no stars if it was possible. I paid for goods which have not arrived. I have tried several times to contact them by sending polite emails and online webform but have been totally ignored. No telephone number available so unable to speak to anyone.

They advertise their products as luxury designs from independents, what they actually sell is cheap Chinese stuff from AliExpress - they even stole the images from AliE. Type in "pineapple pen" in AliExpress and look what happens...same product, same pictures, 1/3 of the price. I ordered from them once, they never sent it, and the owner had an incredibly entitled attitude, she claimed she couldn't send a replacement or refund me because she was going on holiday...

Ordered from this company - items never arrived. Have contacted multiple times and been completely ignored! Beware - feels like a company in trouble who are taking money then not delivering!

Ordered 30th November 2023, received an email 6th December saying the order had been dispatched, to this day nothing had arrived (15/01/24). I have emailed the company email address and contacted them via Facebook messenger but had no response. Shocking customer service!! I will be contacting my bank for a refund, if they’re closing down and can’t fulfill the orders then stop taking people’s hard earned money!! I’ve found similar items on SHEIN (much cheaper) which I will be ordering. I’d give a 0 rating but trustpilot don’t allow that!

I have sent several emails but none have been answered to.
I have ordered from here in the past and they have been brilliant but since they have put a closing down sale on, I would not recommend them.
It seems now they are no longer interested in there customers and there standards have dropped dramatically.

Find someone else who deserves your hard earned pennies because these cowboys certainly don’t

Emily and Molly have literally changed my life. After following Emily’s new course, and Molly identifying my son’s tongue tie (after 7 awful months), my baby has gone from waking and feeding every 45 mins - 1.5 hours, to long stretches of sleep and occasionally sleeping through. My baby has always been a nightmare to feed and never settled on a night. He’s now feeding and sleeping SO well, thank you 🙏🏼 highly recommend to anyone.

"Missing items - bad attitude"
I placed an order in their closing down sale, my ordered arrived missing lalalaletmeexpalin book.
I emailed with no response, left comments on instagram with no response. I DM them and they were worse than useless.
Perhaps because they're closing down they don't care about customers.
She told me she remember packaging it, ok well it didn't arrive???? And no they haven't responded anymore.
Absolutrly avoid. They don't care about customers only money.

"Poor Quality"
This year's diary is not a patch on last years. The quality is very poor. Inside paper is thin and printwork is faded. No information in diary eg Bank Holidays etc. The edges of the cover are already starting to peel. Don't waste your money just order off Amazon as there is nothing special about these diaries.
