"DZsave doesn't work"

I purchased a 1 month license to check the program out, but after multiple attempts the software just doesn't do what was advertised. On top of that the site boasts a live chat button that does not exist, and most customer service links are not actually links.

After spending more time on the site there is also no link for refunding, or contacting anything more than technical help.

Problem: Mit meinem Tolino kann ich nicht alle Formate lesen wie z.B. das "azw-Format" es gibt aber durchaus noch viele andere Formate. Durch Epubor wird die Konvertierung zum Kinderspiel. 2 Klicks sind nur notwendig nach dem Start des Programms.
1: Drag and Drop der entsprechenden Datei.
2: Klick auf "Konvertiere zu "epub".
