It's perhaps a bit early to be reviewing Cool Blades, but I made a purchase earlier today and received such good service I would like to comment upon it. Obviously the item hasn't yet arrived but I have every confidence.
I spoke to Sophia on the phone and she dealt with my enquiry promptly, politely and most helpfully. It is the case that not every hair/beauty product outlet allows customers to speak to them on the phone but, that, plus the excellent Trustpilot reviews, gave me much confidence to order from them.

I shall update in the fullness of time but in the meantime extend my thanks to Cool Blades for providing excellent service today.

The item arrived exactly as promised. Double boxed and securely packed.
I quickly checked it and it's a great hairdryer. It's a Parlux Digitalyon and seems to be everything the (many, many) reviews say it is.
