Our previous developer was not meeting our needs, so we had to find a replacement developer quickly to take over our web and mobile design and development. Everything was supplanted by utility. We had a ton of work to clean up from the previous developer and develop the new features we had been wanting but hadn't gotten around to yet. After fixing everything, they assisted us in implementing dozens more features and functionalities, as well as redesigns, that our previous developer had neglected. They provided assistance with front-end and back-end development, QA, testing, release management, and graphic design. Before they could stabilize the product and move forward with it, the project they inherited required a great deal of code reworking and improvements.
