We thought we had arranged delivery on your web site but were advised we had to collect. When we queried this you asked for an additional £10 delivery charge to be paid by BACS on a £600 pump. The bank charges and admin costs of this extra far exceed the value. You also asked for the delivery address which we sent you. Once the payment was made you did not advise that delivery was underway and no tracking info was received. You sent the pump to the billing instead of the delivery address. Fortunately these are close otherwise it could have been seriously problematic. It is at least the right pump.
