I would like to share my experience hiring cleaners from Brightzone cleanibg for my Investement property. The Tanent’s left the place was a nightmare but the way both Khanna & Sidhu clean the dirtiest place to a brand new look win my heart. I was thinking of hiring painters to paint the walls. But I don’t know what product they use and just in $100 extra they clean all the house walls which is now no need of repaint. Bathrooms & kitchen oven was the big issue and now they look shiny and clean. My new tenants will be glad to live in a neat & clean place.

I hired Brightzone cleaning A week ago for our office end of lease cleaning. They completed the job in a timely fashion with excellent standard. The girl quoted lower price then all other companies I called which I was quite reluctant to go ahead with. But they stayed true to it even after going above and beyond by cleaning an area they hadn't quoted for. The cleaners were polite and punctual and their entire process felt extremely easy. I will definitely be using them for my house cleaning and as they said they have seperate team for weekly office cleaning whom I would give chance to clean our new office.

"Best Canopy Grease Cleaners"

It’s very hard to find perfect Canopy cleaning company in Melbourne.Previously I hired 2-3 canopy cleaning companies. But, they were unable to provide good clean, they couldn’t remove all the grease from the canopy hood. Last month, I had taken canopy cleaning service from Brightzone Canopy Cleaners and they did fabulous job on my range hood, ducts & exhaust and now it’s seems like a new canopy hood. Stainless steel shining again. Am very happy to recommend Brightzone to any who is looking for Canopy Grease Cleaners.

These seem to have 4 plus star reviews on many review websites and so hired them to complete an End of Lease clean. They asked for money up front which at the time didn't sound alarm bells and it became a harsh lesson learned. The price was a premium price as well over 500 dollars for a 4 bedroom house. The first time they came to the property they didn't clean cob webs out of rooms, surfaces in wardrobes, the floors they moped were still dirty, they cleaned kitchen benches before cleaning the oven and range hood, and placed the dirty range hood and oven grills on the previously cleaned surfaces, they preceded to not clean the oven and leave all the dirty stuff on the benches, dishwasher wasn't cleaned either, I would liken the clean to a poorly done fortnightly clean you might pay $100 for. when asked to return they did and were given a list of things they needed to complete, they returned with only a cloth and surface wipe, wiped the surface and tried to leave when they were stopped they went back in and moped half the floors. we failed the inspection and when confronted they refused a refund and said they would return. I gave them the inspection report detailing the things needed to be done. The owner saw them enter the property and clean nothing. this leads me to believe at no point did they intend to fully clean the property only feign commitment, until you give up and stop hassling then for a refund. I don't recommend there incompetent team for cleaning nor their management who tried multiple times to tell me the reason we failed the inspection was because the house was old and beyond cleaning, don't know how the age of the house stops a cleaner from dusting surfaces and cleaning cobwebs.

Such a fabulous clean carried out, thank you. No faults at all in their cleaning work. They showed dedication to clean the kitchen and appliances, a tough job which took 3 hours alone.
